As a Project Assistant, you will support the Project Manager with purchasing and various planning tasks for internal projects.

Your background could be commercial or relevant work experience from similar position(s). You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.

About the job
We are looking for a person that has experience with purchasing and various planning tasks for internal projects.
Your primary assignments:
- Writing orders according to project specific requirements (bill of material)
- Collect and record product quality documentation.
- Monitoring inventory to refill stock when necessary.
- Ad-hoc assignments.
About you
Your background could be commercial or relevant work experience from similar position(s). You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
- You build relationships with trust and follow-through on tasks.
- Familiar with Navision.
- Fluent in English.
