About the department
Corporate Procurement is responsible for the indirect spend in Novo Nordisk and for defining and driving the global procurement strategy. Corporate Procurement consists of 140 employees based in Denmark and India, and globally 500 people work in procurement.

The Position
We will invest heavily in building your competences, to prepare you for a career in one of the most successful global organisations.

You will be responsible for supporting our sourcing, contracting and purchasing users with system and process questions and problem solving. The key tasks in the position include
• Strong and solid end-user support to our global organisation
• Problem solving with end-users on how to optimise local processes to fit global system and drive world class procurement
• Help drive the realization of the ambitions within global procurement to increase spend competitively sourced, digitalise contract management and having a value-adding and efficient order process

You will be part of a team of ambitious people where we all deliver high performance in a fun social environment. A team where proactivity, engagement and the ability to constantly and relentlessly challenge “as-is”, to establish best practice is a natural part of the work to ensure successful digitalisation.

You will be based in Denmark however, as part of our global span some travel activities can occur.

Qualifications
You are on the last year of your Bachelor or just initiated your Master in e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, IT, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar with excellent results.

You are known for your strong drive and ability to create results. You have strong communication skills and a flair for understanding systems and processes. As you will collaborate broadly with the global organization, it is a requirement to speak and write English fluently.
