Are you a real go-getter? And do you want an ample opportunity to become responsible for the supply planning of our B2C e-commerce business at our 3 global sites in EMEA, APAC and NOAM?
At GN, you will manage all the steps from planning to distribution to make sure our Jabra products are delivered to our customers. At the right place. At the right time.

GN Audio is a market leader with a global outreach who creates intelligent audio solutions through our Jabra brand. Joining our international Regional Planning & Fulfilment team, you will collaborate closely with our 6 Regional B2B supply planners.
Some work out of our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark (just like you), some from North America and China. You will be working closely with your colleagues on the day-to-day planning and use each other as professional sounding boards.
Carry out global supply planning for e-commerce
As our new global supply planner, you will be assigned your own portfolio within our B2C e-commerce business in all 3 regions. Managing different planning parameters (optimize/define/supply and inventory levels) such as forecast thresholds and lead times, you will:

Carry out global supply planning for e-commerce
As our new global supply planner, you will be assigned your own portfolio within our B2C e-commerce business in all 3 regions. Managing different planning parameters (optimize/define/supply and inventory levels) such as forecast thresholds and lead times, you will:
- Act as the key point of contact both internally and externally for the supply plan schedules
- Create and manage a regional supply build plan based on 52-week forecasts
- Evaluate requests from Sales to determine if the request meets threshold as well as build capacity at regional and global levels
- Align our Product Demand and Fulfillment teams by acting as business partner advocate on product delivery dates and availability in collaboration with Flex Regional Planning, Sales, Demand Planning and Global Planning
- Produce and manage regional delivery and shipping forecast priorities
Analytical profile with planning experience

Also, you are a strong analytical and creative problem-solver who is confident presenting new ideas to different business users.
Moreover, you:
- Have solid experience with global or regional sales and operations planning (S&OP) or solid experience working with an ERP/MRP environment
- Bring a degree in business or within a related field – maybe an MBA
- Are highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, and you are familiar with working in an ERP system – we use Axapta (AX)
- Speak and write English effortlessly as you will deal with colleagues and collaborators in North America, China and the EMEA region
