The job
As Sustainable Procurement Specialist your overall objective is to provide sustainability insight regarding suppliers to Global Procurement and to support the development of how LEO Pharma integrates sustainability into procurement processes.
Your main tasks will be
Risk assessment and evaluation of suppliers
Developing training material and conducting internal training in relation to sustainable procurement
Responsibility for driving smaller projects in the team
Participation in the continuous development of the processes in the team
Your qualifications
Master's degree in business administration or similar Experience and interest in sustainability and CSR related topics preferably in relation to suppliers Experience with international guidelines in relation to sustainability such as UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and OECD guidelines Communication skills so you can translate complex issues into more tangible issues to stakeholders English at fluent level both spoken and written is required. Other languages are an advantage
You are passionate about sustainability and want to drive change and lead by example. You are trustworthy, comfortable and impactful when communicating to both small and larger audiences. You focus on getting results and always act with integrity. You have an international profile and enjoy working with different nationalities.
Your new team
You will be part of a small team of passionate sustainability professionals that is placed in Global Procurement. We are responsible for driving responsible supply chain management and sustainable procurement at global level in LEO Pharma. We have a high degree of collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders and are on a continuous journey to develop. We are based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
