Your position
As our new Sourcing Manager for our Manpower and Resources department in our Oil & Gas Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of qualified manpower for our many engineering projects in the entire business. This means that you will deliver manpower for our Oil & Gas Division as well as our Renewables Division in which there is an increasing demand for manpower.
The projects you will deliver manpower for are some of the largest engineering projects in the energy sector globally. An example could be ensuring adequate manpower for the fabrication of the offshore substation that we are delivering to Vineyard Wind Project, which is the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the USA!
But most of all, it is safe to say, that no two days in this position will be the same.
Your tasks & responsibilities
You will manage and procure our manpower sub-suppliers which includes communication, negotiations, framework agreements and booking resources for our projects. Your responsibility will be to ensure that we are providing the best services to our external and internal costumers.

Perhaps you have an engineering degree, and you want to use that in a commercial setting, or you have a business-related degree and through your career, you have obtained an understanding of and interest in technical details.

- Maintaining and developing sub-supplier lists
- Searching the market for new possible sub-suppliers and partners
- Participating in commercial pricing for tenders and commercial bids
- Acting as our in-house specialist regarding onshore and offshore local agreements
- Being the main point of contact for internal manpower projects
- Supporting our personnel coordinators with manning our internal projects
Your profile & qualifications

- University degree in engineering, business, or similar
- Great communication skills in written and verbal English and Danish
- Experience from a similar position and in working with procuring manpower and sourcing
- Experience with contract negotiations and contractual legal proceedings
- Previous experience from the offshore/onshore energy industry is preferred
