Do you want to be part of a new and growing Customer Supply Chain team? Do you want the ownership of securing materials to the manufacturing of our successful brands such as Sun Lolly, Suntop and Sunquick?

This is your opportunity to join a first-class Supply Chain team, with plenty of opportunity to develop the business and your own competences at the same time.
You will be part of a fantastic team of five Supply Planners whose overall goal is to ensure product availability for our consumers and that we deliver on target. Among your responsibilities will be to purchase raw and packaging materials used in the production at our production lines at our sites in Frederikssund.
As a company sourcing on a global scale, we are, as many others, also affected by the global post-COVID challenges in the global supply chains. Especially now, we are therefore looking for someone who can balance operational purchasing with the ability to act proactively and with a problem-solving mindset towards suppliers to secure a stable production.
The operational tasks include, but are not limited to:
You will enjoy a broad collaboration throughout the organization, acting as the link between Sourcing, Planning, and our Suppliers, ensuring the right balance between material availability, inventory, and cost. You must thrive with a strong exposure and working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, collaborating with departments such as, Sourcing, Supply Chain, IT, the Warehouse, and Finance to name a few.
The Supply Planning team is, included in the larger Customer Supply Chain function, established to ensure best-in-class service to customers, stakeholders across departments of our HQ, as well as to our many partners around the world. You will report to the Supply Planning Manager.
You have several years of relevant operational purchasing experience, preferably from a FMCG or manufacturing company. If you even hold a MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent it will be a further advantage.
You thrive with impacting the business through daily activities and execution. Operating in an international work environment appeals to you, and you enjoy a broad daily communication – from Warehouse Worker to EVP of Supply Chain.
You are accustomed to work with Excel and BI systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems will serve highly beneficial in our selection for the role.
Most importantly, you possess an infectious enthusiasm about your profession and line of work. You possess a sturdy and problem-solving mind-set. You are team-oriented and committed to do quality work with your skilled colleagues.
For this specific position, English is required, and Danish is an advantage.

- Issue purchase orders to the suppliers in accordance with contracts or price lists.
- Review inventories and safety stock and order as required.
- Review deliveries against the orders and follow-up/track when needed.
- Manage first time claims (recurring claims should be handled by Sourcing)
- Handling inbound related activities with suppliers and logistics partners
- Manage relation to selected suppliers and provide input to supplier performance
- Provide early warning and escalation when relevant
- Balancing and matching purchase orders with invoices
