ALK is the world leader within delivering allergy solutions to people living with allergy. To pursue growth and remain this position we need the best talent to join the organization. Therefore, we are searching for a Local Purchaser who want to ensure the purchase of the necessary materials to keep the productions and analysis laboratories running at ALK, Product Supply, Site Hørsholm.
You will be based in Hørsholm and join our Logistics department with direct report to our Associate Manager for Logistics and work closely together with our two productions and other key stakeholders. The department is responsible for material & production planning, operational procurement, warehousing and shipping. We have a central role in the company with a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders across ALK. You will be part of a dedicated area with an informal environment and with good opportunities for personal development.

The position
As Local purchaser you will be responsible for:
- Driving and controlling operational purchase
- Establish and optimize processes and procedures related to procurement, purchasing, inventory and invoicing
- Creating and preparing of purchase orders
- Follow up on purchase prices, delivery times and stock turnover
- Monitoring inventory parameters, materials and delivery dates
- Perform sourcing tasks (incl. contract negotiations for defined and minor value) associated to implementation of new materials
- Deliver material forecasts to Global Procurement
- Invoice approval
- Deliver stock level plans
- Follow-up on deliveries from vendors
- Develop, produce and present performance and stock data
Qualifications
You have:
- two years of experience within purchase - preferable in a GMP production environment
- demonstrated your ability to negotiate with financial understanding and insight
- strong skills in using SAP and Microsoft especially Excel for data analyze
- the desire and ability to develop the job but also within the job
- capability of balancing several tasks at once and a detailed oriented mindset
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
