The job and your responsibilities
We now have a new and attractive position as Senior Supply Planner. Your responsibilities will be:
- Build an “end-to-end” planning concept at group level and implement this subsequently with the purpose of controlling and optimizing parameters related to deliveries, stock level, forecasting and lead time values.
- Setting up a system and develop tools to balance capacity with demand at tactical level.
- Invent and lead our S&OP processes to develop and optimize our planning procedures, short- term, mid-term and long-term.
- Deep dive analyzes and improvement initiatives – including defining relevant planning KPI’s.
- Develop tools to evaluate requests from our sales department.
- Build strong working relationships with and assure alignment to our creative / product development and marketing team upon new launches.
- Analyze sales and stock with the purpose of making commercial decisions to drive growth in turnover and profitability, including pre-season and in-season planning.
- Preparation of forecasting reports for in- and out-phasing of NOOS products.
For candidates who are highly skilled within and passionate about supply chain planning strategy (defining and implementing), this position is second to none! You will report to our Purchasing Manager and work at our headquarters with dedicated colleagues.
You will be a central person in our purchasing department that consists of 4 teams: Category management, purchase planning, compliance and private label. All together 14 colleagues including one person at our China office in Ningbo.
Professional skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience from a similar position, e.g. from lifestyle, design, fashion or FMCG.
- Highly skilled in driving and leading S&OP projects and processes at group level - showing initiative and prioritization of activities – without losing focus on long-term agendas.
- Experience with inventing and implementing new S&OP processes and structures at group level.
- Strong BI, Excel skills and analytical skills - experience with AGR Dynamics is an advantage … not mandatory.
- Relevant education, e.g. Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management or similar, at minimum bachelor level.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

- Able to work independent with your responsibilities in this job, still with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- A positive and structured relationship-builder.
- A proactive attitude and confidence to bring new improvement initiatives within planning and procurement to the table.
- An energetic ”can-do” attitude.
- Skilled communicator, internally as well as externally.
