As the procurement coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative and daily operation of your portfolio of suppliers in close cooperation with category managers. Efficient operation and keeping deadlines without backflow together with a high quality- and service level with a very low margin of error, are key factors in the job as a procurement coordinator at .

- Order placement, follow up and other administrative tasks in procurement.
- Contributing to the overall goals according to the written procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure efficient and coordinated operation of suppliers.
- Proactive focus on the supplier´s performance related to the goals and strategy in the procurement department and for .
- High performance on speed with quality on daily operation, but also your personal quality level.
- Good understanding of ´s supply chain and value chain.
- Starting up new development tasks in cooperation with category managers.
- Solution-oriented actions with the customer in focus and a high information and communication level.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and other departments in .
- Ensure high performance of key figures from the suppliers; OTD, LT, capacity, penalties etc.
- Creating and maintaining close cooperation with suppliers to assure the best possible service to our customers.
