d’Angleterre is LOOKING FOR a Banquet SALES coordinator for MATERNITY cover
If you are passionate about luxury hospitality and have a good experience within event sales and banquet coordination, then you might be the perfect one to join our ambitious & dedicated F&B Sales Team. We are looking for a dynamic Banquet Sales Coordinator from 1st of June and for 9 to 12 months during the maternity of cover of our colleague.

ABOUT THE JOB
Together with our Acting F&B Sales Manager and the rest of the Sales team, you will be part of creating the best events experience for our guests at the d´Angleterre.
You will plan and coordinate the various events, from meetings to conference and weddings. You will be the primary contact for our guests and answer their inquiry, invite them for a tour of our facilities, prepare offers and advise them as well as follow up during and after the event. In close collaboration with the rest of the hotel (banqueting & kitchen team, reception etc.), you will participate in providing a luxury and flawless experience living up to the Leading Hotels of the Worlds’ standards.
WE EXPECT
You are a dedicated person with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate solid knowledge of luxury service. You have experience from similar sales roles, preferably within events and banquet. It is an advantage if you have experience within hospitality or F & B operations. You are detail oriented and know how to prioritize your tasks and time as well as you are fluent in speaking & writing English and a Scandinavian language.
