Do you want to be part of the construction of a new urban hospital which will provide more than 450,000 citizens with state-of-the-art healthcare?
The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.
The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

Your daily tasks would among other consist of:
- Manage the procurement process, purchasing at the most competitive price, delivering on time, and meeting the quality standards set by the Company.
- In line with the company requirements maintain professional relationships with suppliers and subcontractors ensuring effective alignment with the company’s needs and objectives.
- Scouting of new possible suppliers and subcontractors for new operational areas.
- Analysis of quotations, lead negotiations with prospective suppliers and subcontractors, managing pre & post tender interviews, to develop robust, commercially competitive contacts package bids.
- Compiling tender enquiries and managing the tender process.
- Analyzing tenders for compliance with the enquiry, creating and analyzing cost comparisons.
- Assembling and issuing technical documentation.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- Experience in the field of Construction, e.g., familiarized with the technical terms for various materials, tools, and equipment used in this field.
- Fluent in Danish and English, if able to speak Italian as well would be an advantage.
- Experience as a Buyer.
- Experience in working in an International Project Based Company would be preferable.
- Able to work Full time.
