Create customer value as a global network team-member
As a Supply Planner at Pandora, you will engage in a variety of areas within the Point of Sales Material (POSM) supply chain. You will be responsible for daily planning tasks within supply and inventory planning, as well as within purchasing, warehousing and logistics. Beyond daily tasks, you will become a valuable project resource supporting colleagues on supply chain projects such as product life cycle, inventory reduction, warehouse and store delivery optimization, collaborative supplier planning and more. Working globally with the regionally based operations teams, you will be exposed to the mentorship of many experienced planners and operations experts aiding your personal development.

The position offers a mix between managing global day-to-day planning, supporting on projects, and stakeholder management exposure. Further, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure global planning and processes to meet cost, fill-rate and inventory KPI targets at a selection of our +10 global DCs
  • Placing orders towards production for your selected DCs
  • Communicating to a large number of stakeholders and providing relevant information across the value chain
  • Monitor and report on relevant KPIs and strive for continuous improvement
  • Lead the planning and collaborative efforts with local and global demand planning and regional DCs
  • Be part of the global planning team and contribute in the development and improvements of planning processes in general

To excel in the role, we imagine that you possess a holistic and a problem-solving mind-set while at the same time showing a pedigree for various supply chain topics, with the ability to take ideas from concept to process and implementation. As Supply Planner, you need to be able to work securely at a very detailed order management level, while also needing to see the bigger picture to create synergy across the many areas of involvement, including order placement, system/master data setup, delivery monitoring and more.

You are a humble team player who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment where fact-based and result driven attitude is key. You are customer oriented, have great networking skills, and excel in building relations. Further we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within various disciplines of advanced planning (demand, inventory and/or supply planning). Both consultancy or planner background is relevant
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex processes and many details and bring it forward in a simple manner
  • Experience running global cross-functional planning projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to challenge status quo
  • Ability to work at the detailed operational level and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Super user of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems, preferably AX and Logility Voyager

Your new team

You will reporting to the Director of POSM Supply Chain be a part of the ‘Global POSM Supply Chain’ team with 6 people who is responsible for the operational planning and several other areas of a full end-to-end supply chain. This includes the global distribution and logistics set-up, especially anchored around our central DC and suppliers located in China, as well as global master data and general system infrastructure. We work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. We are a part of Global Operations, which also consist of S&OP, jewellery supply planning, demand planning and process excellence teams, as well as regional operations teams across the globe.
