On behalf of Green Hydrogen Systems (GHS) we are looking for an Operational Purchaser with experience from serving internal customers from the intersection of R&D, Supply Chain and production to serve end customers
The role
As the Operational Purchaser you will be responsible for ensuring material availability for the GHS production and be the anchor point in managing the MRP demand and transfer them into purchase orders. Further you will maintain master data in the ERP system, maintain and develop our safety stock and monitor KPI’s and order follow-up for our production and service set-up.
In addition, this position plays an essential role in developing a scalable and resilient purchasing flow in order to consolidate further the spend within the procurement organization. You are also expected to have a solid, professional knowledge and the ability to interact efficiently with your colleagues, including the full Supply Chain to secure a professional purchase and availability of production materials.
With your great experience and knowledge within logistics and purchasing you contribute by defining and documenting company processes.

The role

You will also:
- Handle the operational purchase of production materials
- Contribute in planning of change orders, and ensure efficient implementation of these
- Follow-up on material shortages in production to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle Claims, service requests and return orders
- Define and document own processes within the purchasing area
- Update and maintain master data in materials master
- Coordinate daily with planning and warehouse in material status matters
- Assist the Strategic Purchaser in daily operations e.g. overdue, forwarding deliveries
Your profile
