Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…support the category on business-administrative tasks and be responsible for specific sub-categories or suppliers. You will be the key interface towards factory logistics, i.e. first point of contact, responsible for recurring alignment between category teams, factory buyers and factory planning.
You will also be responsible for:
Improving suppliers KPIs, e.g. on-time delivery performance Representing the Category team in the ECM process Task-related supplier SharePoint sites Documentation, e.g. download of packages RFI- and RFQ-related tasks Key interface towards master data Tasks in relation to supplier forecast Daily support to Category Managers and Strategic Purchasers CRM system
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has a structured and systematic workstyle and a good understanding of sourcing and purchasing processes. You have strong skills within supply chain, strategic sourcing and SRM. You are open-minded and positive and interested in learning new systems, and it is important that you have good financial understanding as well as understanding of the value chain in a manufacturing company.
We expect that you:
Have good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally remain calm under pressure and can prioritise your tasks Have a flexible and independent mindset Are fluent in English (verbal and written) Have experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel, and in general good IT knowledge Can work with people with various cultural and national backgrounds.
