Warehouse
As the Warehouse Team Manager, you will support the efficient and cost-effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation and enable the required level of service always to be provided to the customer or colleagues. Responsible for execution of Goods receiving and Picking & Packaging tasks and to ensure defined KPI's are kept. You will also be a key player in development within Factory 4.0 projects.
Facility
As the team manager for Facility, you have the responsibilities for our daily cleaning, canteen and lunch arrangement, and all our surroundings and buildings including technical installations, alarms and access control, risk management, general interior building maintenance and general care of outside areas. You will be responsible of maintenance and developing the area and in cooperation with the factory management to develop these areas.
An Alfa Laval manager “Walks the talk” and leads the way. Act as a positive role model for all employees. The key responsibilities in this role include;
What you know:
You have experience from a similar job. It is key that you know how a warehouse functions and have great knowledge about how to solve the costumers needs with passion and do it right first-time attitude. Experience in team management and ability to manage teams, change processes and cross functional collaboration.
You strive to deliver results but always in balance with a respectful approach. You use your coaching and active listening skills as some of your most important tools and have a problem-solving attitude together with good communication skills. You need to be curious about new technologies and have great implementation skills.

- Achieve a high degree of joint ownership of quality and compliance strategies with all of the major stakeholders in the company.
- Optimize workflows and implement relevant changes.
- Support the ongoing growth and digitalization journey.
What you know:
