This is what you will do
You will be part of our category managed Group Sourcing team and be responsible for the supplier selection process and optimization of values for the assigned suppliers within interiors and exteriors category.
You will be based in Ølgod or Bjerringbro in Denmark and report to Kevin Gilbert, Sourcing Director.
Approximately 50 travel days per year.

This is what you will do
You will be part of our category managed Group Sourcing team and be responsible for the supplier selection process and optimization of values for the assigned suppliers within interiors and exteriors category.
- Accountable for executing the action plan in line with Category Business plan with objectives of delivering excellent results in running operations and professional long-term business development with suppliers.
- Lead and develop suppliers to give Nobia enhanced design, innovation, technical, operational leadership and to secure geographical expansion.
- Supplier selection process responsible – to manage, develop and optimize Sustainability/Quality, Delivery, Cost, Product Development (QDCP) values.
- Overall responsible for supplier relationship, including commercially responsibility for negotiating and managing contracts, supplier agreements and performance, to achieve the optimal end to end Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Define and drive TCO activates to achieve cost savings, margin improvement according to the agreed Sourcing, spend and business plan, monitoring, developing, and securing continuous improvement of the supplier end to end performance.
- Drive saving activities in cooperation with the Product development department, and Supply Logistics, to optimize product life cycle cost and safeguard identified value engineering, and value creation activities.
You will be based in Ølgod or Bjerringbro in Denmark and report to Kevin Gilbert, Sourcing Director.
Approximately 50 travel days per year.
You have
- University degree in relevant field or you have gained relevant professional experience.
- Experience in running supplier selection process, preferably with international sourcing.
- Knowledge in Category management concept.
- It’s advantageous if you have skills in leading Sourcing cost and value improvements projects including Value Engineering
- Fluent English (essential), German (preferred)
