Job summary:
As a Junior Buyer you will work for one of the largest infrastructure works in Europe: The Fehmarnbelt tunnel that connects Denmark and Germany. You will be responsible for the purchasing administration of the project. You ensure that all external and internal deliveries are correctly recorded in the ERP system and that purchase orders are created on time. In this role you are also responsible for local project office purchasing.

Boskalis and Van Oord are leading marine contractors specialized in dredging, offshore, offshore wind and other maritime services. Your responsibilities as Junior Buyer:
- Taking care of the complete project-related purchasing administration in the ERP system, InforLN.
- Placing an order and processing the purchase order with the ultimately selected local supplier.
- Monitoring the registration, in InforLN, of the entire delivery process. Assuring that the order is delivered to the right place in accordance with the quotation and on time. This can be in our distribution center, but also, for example, at a project location abroad
- Checking up and expediting
- Sending out requests for quotation and purchase orders
- Communication with suppliers
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in an administrative (customer) support role.
- Experience in working with an ERP-system, preferably purchasing related.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) and preferable Danish.
