With a direct reference to our Team Manager for Indirect Sourcing, you will become part of our Strategic Sourcing team, which consist of 22 skilled and experienced colleagues. More specifically you will join the Indirect Sourcing team of 4 dedicated colleagues who works with various categories within strategic sourcing including connectivity, production equipment, IT services and much more. Our ambition is to support Kamstrup’s continued growth journey by finding the best partners and suppliers so we can continue to deliver the best services at a competitive price.
Sourcing Manager with focus on stakeholder management & strategic development
In the newly established position as Sourcing Manager, you will become a part of developing the overall strategy for Indirect Sourcing in Kamstrup. This includes building strategic category plans, executing on sourcing projects and developing supplier management frameworks for our biggest and most critical suppliers and partners. Furthermore, you will be taking part in our continuous maturity journey for developing our sourcing department
More specifically you will be responsible for:

We are looking for a person with a great personal drive to create results. You work proactive, and are always seeking new information which makes you challenge status quo. As a person you are characterized by your adaptability, persistence and your openness to new ideas. Furthermore, you thrive in taking the lead, and have a flair for negotiation.
You have a commercial degree at minimum bachelor level within Business, Economics, IT, Engineering or similar. Most importantly, you have an analytical mindset and strive to make a difference. You are outgoing by nature and a skilled communicator, why you have no issues presenting and discussing viewpoints with all levels of the organization, including senior management and important external suppliers. Your friendly personality also enables you to excel in stakeholder management and create a trustworthy sphere.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.

More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Building sourcing category plans for key indirect Sourcing categories. This includes spend analysis, supplier and contract overview, stakeholder mapping and knowing their strategy and finally identifying sourcing opportunities
- Executing on sourcing projects and activities from the category plan. Including good project management
- Executing on tail spend sourcing activities across different categories
- Stakeholder engagement, internally and externally
- Delivering savings from a TCO perspective and delivering best possible Service & Quality at a competitive price
