European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Since 2004, our company of 140 employees has installed more than 1,000 MW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 20 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. As our new Procurement and Logistics Specialist, you will be deeply involved in our Solar PV projects. You will be responsible for the procurement and management of timely delivery of components to our building sites around the globe.
You will be part of our growing Sourcing team with a close link to our Engineering and Construction team who are responsible for the planning, design and construction of utility scale PV plants in Europe from greenfield development to commercial operation. We work with professional suppliers, partners and sub-contractors for the completion of the sites.

As our new Procurement and Logistics Specialist, you will be deeply involved in our Solar PV projects. You will be responsible for the procurement and management of timely delivery of components to our building sites around the globe.
You will be part of our growing Sourcing team with a close link to our Engineering and Construction team who are responsible for the planning, design and construction of utility scale PV plants in Europe from greenfield development to commercial operation. We work with professional suppliers, partners and sub-contractors for the completion of the sites.
Your areas of responsibilities
- Planning and coordination of logistics for component delivery to sites
- Steer procurement activities for all components used in PV plant construction activities
- Prepare and maintain overviews and schedules for tracking of the logistics, payments etc.
- Various ad-hoc tasks related to our purchasing activities
- Support in benchmarking and selection of potential suppliers
- Negotiation of terms and conditions
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have completed a relevant education within business or shipping
- Preferable 1-3 years of commercial experience within shipping and procurement
- You have a structured and analytical mind-set and pay attention to details
- You have good interpersonal skills and are motivated to make successful, high quality contributions to our projects
- You master English at a professional level. Danish/German/Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily solar PV is an advantage
- You are an expert user in MS Office
