Join our Procurement & Contract Management department, consisting of +30 highly skilled Procurement pro-fessionals. We interact with a broad variety of stakeholders, as our goal is to act as a trusted advisor for our organization and for our customers. You will be part of a focused team that works enthusiastically with our tasks, while at the same time are socially engaged and take care of each other.
In our dynamic, project-centered environment there are busy times and quiet times. With us, you can embrace a culture with flexible working conditions based on mutual trust, offering a high degree of independence. This means, if you work extra hours one day you can flex out same hours another day (or get a pay-out). If you need to work from home from time to time, this is an option too.

How you might spend your days
As a Purchaser, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:
- obtaining and evaluating quotes
- responsible for purchase of components, equipment and services in the projects
- working with many stakeholders
- coordinating and ensuring the flow of contract approval, including distribution and archiving of documentation
- assisting with the preparation and collection of data in connection with reporting to Project Management
- assisting in maintaining and developing work procedures
- administrating and maintaining our ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Dalux, Coupa, ICE etc.) together with your colleagues in India
- coordinating invoicing and invoice approval on contracts and purchase orders
- preparing and placing change orders for contracts
- supplier and customer contact

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You enjoy the purchase role
- You have a general flair for digital platforms incl Office 365 knowledge – mainly Excel and Word
- You speak and write fluently in both Danish and English
- You have experience within procurement and understand the dynamics around purchasing of goods and services. Ideally your experience is supported by a relevant education.
- You are resident in Denmark
