Financial Crime Data and Applications Management Partner

We are looking for a Management Partner to drive and lead the strategic people, communication and overall agenda for the Group Financial Crime Data and Applications team.
The unit is part of the Banks Group Financial Crime Prevention organization, where we create and maintain insightful and impactful best practices to ensure we are able to manage, monitor and mitigate financial crime risks in the whole of Nordea. You will have a role that supports the Head of Financial Crime Applications and Data and the unit as a whole driving collaboration and transparency across internal and business wide teams. You will report to the Head of Group Financial Crime Applications and Data, and will be part of the unit's management team working collaboratively with the teams within the unit and other Financial Crime units.

Welcome to the Financial Crime Applications & Data team. We add value by understanding the opportunities and risks posed from a Financial Crime Data and Application perspective, and provide strategic expertise, guidance and leadership to ensure our people, processes and technology are at the forefront of Financial Crime Prevention for Nordea. As Management Partner you’ll play a valuable role in defining communication strategies and agendas to keep people engaged and informed, facilitate management to ensure effective meetings and drive for best practice training and people requirements.
