Here is an opportunity to be in the center of our Gastrointestinal and Neuroscience Business Units providing administrative support to our cross-functional teams in our efforts to support patients and drive sustainable business and innovation.

As our Business Unit Coordinator, you will be working closely with the BU Heads, Commercial leads, our Project and OCE managers, KAMs and others. Together with the team and other internal stakeholders you will constantly work to improve the business.

You will report to the Business Unit Director GI in Denmark.

JOB PROFILE

Your main responsibilities are related to:

  • Financial support: vendor management, PO creation, invoice handling etc. (ARIBA)

  • Customer events support and documentation (Veeva activity planning tool)

  • Compliance/ENLI questions

  • Contracts/DocuSign

  • Payment of fee to speakers

  • Sponsorships

  • Congress planning

  • Project management and ad hoc support marketing activities including digital

  • Coordinate BU events and meetings



CANDIDATE PROFILE

On a personal note, you are structured, proactive, and self-driven with the ability to adapt under changing circumstances.

You are a team player who feel energized by helping others, and you understand the need to be service-oriented and collaborative. You are detail oriented and not afraid to constructively challenge your colleagues.

Good communication skills are essential, and you communicate fluently in writing and verbally – both in English and Danish. We welcome your positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop, as well as your ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience as a coordinator from similar positions in pharma, medical device or other regulated industries is preferred

  • Expert Microsoft Office user, in particular excellent skills in Excel and Power Point
