Become a key player in our SAP journey by leading a new team to integrate acquired Water Treatment companies into our SAP applications, ensuring efficient and user-friendly business solutions.

In Grundfos, we have a long tradition of ambitious sustainability goals. Critical environmental and climate challenges are constantly on our agenda. Recently more Water Treatment companies have joined our Grundfos Family to complete our end-to-end water solutions capabilities.

You will be heading of a new team supporting these acquired companies in getting onboard our Grundfos Water Treatment SAP solution and other applications. The team is nested in our IT organization, and you will be reporting to Anja Haven, IT Water Treatment Director. You will be a part of the IS Water Treatment leadership team and lead the IS Water Treatment, Applications Solutions team together with having the responsibility for our external SAP partner consultants.

The team is responsible for ensuring user-friendly, efficient, and reliable Business Applications to support the Water Treatment business across all functions while ensuring a consolidated Application landscape to support the future Grundfos Water Treatment business ambitions and growth directed by Grundfos IT standards, guidelines and architecture.

The position is based at our HQ in Bjerringbro, but most of your time will be spent with your team, located at Silhorko-Eurowater in Stilling. The team consists of 7 highly skilled Process Specialists and SAP Consultants, but we are expanding significantly in the coming years.

What is the job about?

Heading the team, you will focus on team development and strengthening capabilities, kindling curiosity, and continued motivation. You will also prioritize tasks and help the team’s efforts succeed, acting as the catalyst for change and actively being the link between Grundfos IT organization and your team in Grundfos Water Treatment.

Moreover, your responsibilities will involve:

Maturing the SAP solution implemented in Silhorko-Eurowater headquarters in 2022.
Together with Project Manager drive the preparing activities for the further rollout, including the definition and documentation of the template for the complete Water Treatment area.
Deliver on the SAP roll out plan to subsidiaries in Silhorko-Eurowater, Meco and other Water Treatment companies.
Develop strategies and long-term plans for the organization's Application landscape to align with business objectives, including budgets and at the same time stick to the all over Grundfos Water Treatment IT Strategy.
Oversee the planning, evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT Business Applications, primarily ERP and related solutions (mainly the Grundfos Water Treatment SAP Private Cloud solutions), but also other software applications

Your background

Moreover, you have a significant ability to understand how IT solutions can be applied to business. We imagine that you;

are experienced people leader or have the ambition to become an excellent manager
work structured and independent
have experience in contributing in, managing and/or implementing programs/projects and driving successful change management, preferably in a global business setting
hold 5+ years of experience with SAP Solutions, preferable in an industry production environment
are skilled in balancing business needs with system capabilities
are familiar with complex company setups utilizing several SAP modules
possess excellent communication skills in English and Danish
