As Head of IT Services & Operations Management you are accountable for the oversight and management of IT services within Hugo Boss. This position demands a strong leadership appearance, a strategic mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of various service management frameworks. You will be instrumental in the integration of a new IT Service Management platform technology and will spearhead the transformation of the IT Service Management organization to align with the Hugo Boss Claim 5 strategy.

What you can expect:

  • Lead the teams IT Business Applications Management and IT Service Desk as well as IT Service & Operations Management, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery
  • Develop and execute IT Services & Operations Management strategies that are in harmony with organizational objectives and our Claim 5 strategy
  • Lead the transformation of the IT Services & Operations Management organization, utilizing technology and process advancements to elevate service delivery to the next level on a global scale
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure IT services and operations are in sync with business goals and deliver substantial value to the organization
  • Guide the selection and integration of a new IT Service Management platform, ensuring it is well-suited to the organization's needs and supports future scalability
  • Implement automation across all levels of service management to enhance efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the IT Service Management organization's budget, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize service delivery outcomes.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in a comparable role with a demonstrated history of successful leadership and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement and innovation
