Our platform supports our customers with an all-in-one solution combining telecommunications, automation, and CRM functionalities. Users rely on our platform for their business optimization with data-driven insights, so a high level of quality combined with excellent user experiences are at the core of everything we do. As our new project manager, you’ll be keeping our projects on track as we deliver the next generation of our platform, working closely with our 11-developer team and other stakeholders.
What Will You Be Working On? Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and oversee projects that improve our platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and user needs.
You’ll face challenges requiring quick problem-solving and a proactive approach to keeping projects on track.

- Project tracking: Keep our deliverables on track and ensure the execution of our development lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Project leadership: Define project goals, scope, and deliverables while managing the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between our development team, our sales team and our support team to ensure everyone is up to speed.
- Strategic Initiatives: Help identify initiatives required to meet our key results
You’ll face challenges requiring quick problem-solving and a proactive approach to keeping projects on track.
Who Are We Looking For? We imagine you are an experienced project manager with:
- A track record of successfully managing complex software development projects.
- Experience working in tech-driven environments, perhaps with a background in development.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to communicate requirements between users and developers.
- A disciplined, organized mindset with a knack for turning ideas into actionable plans.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a love for working in a fun, humor-filled environment.
