IT Manager for EPOS' Application Solutions Development

In the role as IT Manager, you will be part of the exciting digital transformation that EPOS has embarked on and you will be working with the best applications across ERP, CRM, PIM and Marketing Automation.
Owned by the Demant Group and with headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, EPOS builds on more than 115 years’ audio expertise and operates in a global market with offices and partners in more than 60 countries. Alongside own-branded premium audio and video solutions, EPOS sells co-branded EPOS I SENNHEISER products under a trade license agreement with Sennheiser.
Key player in development of 5 application teams
Our ambition is to implement best in class development processes including automated testing and as the IT Manager, you will be a key player and responsible for leading the development process across our 5 application teams - ERP (AX), CRM (SalesForce), PIM (InRiver) and the integration platform (Azure Services).
Your main responsibilities
You will be a trusted colleague and solution advisor for our business stakeholders and an active member of the management team within EPOS IT team. You will be working closely with the business to prioritize development requests and will be an active player in developing business processes across the system landscape contributing to an ongoing streamlining of our methods and processes.
Furthermore, you will be facilitating complex problem solving with the goal of enhancing and ensuring the right use of the business application platforms and processes.
You will have a broad interface with important stakeholders across the organization and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop and maintain EPOS’ modern application landscape
- Lead development across 5 application teams consisting of 15 people working with AX, Salesforce, PIM, BI and integration
- Drive implementation of standardized development processes including test and release management to ensure best possible system solutions
- Take part in global projects including upcoming ERP upgrade and Common Data Platform implementation (CDP)

What is lying ahead of you? To connect with them and drive your approach in the most optimal way, you should expect 20-30 days of travelling each year.
We need your experience!
To succeed in the role you need to have a great drive and high integrity. You understand the changes we face and are able to create structure and overview even if not all answers are given in advance.
A broad experience with core components and technologies in the area of Application Solutions in a global company is a must. Just as solid knowledge within ERP or CRM architecture is important.
Furthermore, we expect you to possess good leadership experience in a virtual and global world as well as experience in development in an ERP or CRM setup.
Finally, you keep your awareness of industry trends and technology advancements up to date. In your current position, you could be an IT leader of an application team, scrum master or an IT manager with experience in ERP and CRM services.
As a person you are self-driven and have an innovative mindset with a can-do attitude and then you are of course a team player. You are openminded, engaging and create trust among colleagues and stakeholders.
