Brøndby
The IT Manager of the Danish business unit (BU) within Mediq has as his/her prime responsibility to ensure the delivery of IT services to the BU to support the local business processes. This includes plan, structure, organize, manage, coach, and control the local IT organization and its processes as well as manage local applications and IT infrastructure components.
The IT Manager of the Danish BU is the linking pin of the local BU to the Cluster IT organization (Mediq, Nordics) regarding IT and is expected to report progress, performance (for example SLA report) and budgetary status on periodic basis (monthly) to the cluster IT organization as well as participate in the bi-weekly cluster IT calls and possibly take up roles in cluster/central IT functions, for example application and infrastructure teams.
The IT Manager will manage a team of 4 it-specialists.

KEY TASKS
IT Demand Management:
- Ensure that local business needs are anchored in IT strategy
- Translate business requirements into IT-solutions
- Drive standardization of Services
- Relationship management with local Business and other stakeholders in order to create and maintain an optimal climate for support and information sharing
- IT Risk management (including documentation)
Supplier Management and IT Finance:
- Evaluate and select new local suppliers
- Manage performance of local suppliers and contracts
- Renew or end local contract
- Work with the Cluster IT Director and Global IT Governance and Control to prepare and coordinate the local IT budget based on supplier contracts and internal activities
- Control the Business Unit IT budget, take corrective actions if necessary, and ensure adequate reporting, within the Mediq guidelines, to ensure that the Business Unit manages the IT budget properly and meets KPI objectives
- Manage CAPEX pipeline (3y)
Access Management and Operations control:
- Ensure that day-to-day routine tasks and documentation of IT Setup is executed
- Regularly audit access permissions to ensure they are correct
IT Project Management:
- Maintain list of ongoing and future IT projects in the BU
- Lead or participate in project work
- Cost control of IT projects
Process Development and IT Change Management
- Participate in process development
- Organize and lead the local IT change work if applicable lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
KPI’S AND SUCCESS CRITERIA
- Meeting the local budget IT OPEX and CAPEX
- Maintenance of stable ITC environment with reasonable response rate / down-time (SLA for Mediq Nordics is 99.5% availability)
- Deliver key projects, meeting the following criteria: successful outcome within approved CAPEX and keeping defined timetable.
- Ensure alignment with corporate and cluster policies, procedures, service levels and defined process, to contribute to the standardization of IT.
