The Camping Unit Manager has the overall responsibility for executing the strategic annual plan and directing the daily operations of the relating to mini golf, merchandise, food and beverage sales.
As the Camping Unit Manager, operating in a busy hostel with almost 100.000 guests through the doors every year, you are caple of running a full F&B setup from early morning to late night including the central aspect of social gaming - playing Mini Golf.
You are social and fun and at the same time serious, structured and highly proffesionel.

Operational areas of responsibility
- Mini golf sales
- Full F&B Set-up
- Daily coorporations with Hostel (BOOK1)
- Guest experience, and relations and complaint handling
- Mood setting (atmosphere, music, lighting, outside areas)
- Restaurant maintenance and repair
- Hygiene and cleaning
- Team management
- Ordering beverages and operational supplies
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of team members,
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
Administratative areas of responsibilty
- Cash reports
- Inventory management and gross profit
- Scheduling, and salary cost control
- Invoice approval
- Accountability of P&L
- Meetings with local management team, and leadership team
- Driving the marketing plan
- Egen kontrol + APV
Our perfect Campist has:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a management role within high volume, food and beverage sales in a hotel environment
- A love of sports and or has a competitive nature
- Experience in running events
- An extensive local network
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Solid Microsfot Office skills
- Food handling certification
- Good financial accumen
- The experience to operate at a high level with the support of a leadership team
- The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
