Key ResponsibilitiesAs HUC&W Project Engineer in the HUC&W Coordination team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence inassisting the Head of HUC&W coordination, baselining and scheduling priorities, as defined by the HU&C execution plans, in close coordination with other packages (Construction / Commissioning / FOPS / Brownfield / T&I / Wells) to ensure the optimal planning to First Gas. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring that all HSE, Quality and Technical aspects are duly implemented as part of your activities. Furthermore, you will ensure and put in place the coordination of greenfield HUC activities with brownfield activities (Satellites scope, Oilfield scope, Pipeline subsea scope etc…). Overall, you have the responsibility of supporting and assisting Head of HUC&W Coordination where you are liaising both with multidisciplinary onshore teams for HSE, technical, planning, cost, management of changes matters and with the field engineers assigned to the offshore HUC team. HSE Matters:
- Ensure that all HSE aspects are duly implemented and considered while assisting in coordination and planning for the offshore campaign
- Continuously contribute to improve the Site Safety / Environment performances in preparation and execution of the work
- Participate as required to risk assessments, Hazid studies, incident analysis
- Ensure that the requirement of the HUC HSE plan are duly implemented
- Provide input to the constitution of the SIMOPS dossier
- Contribute to deploy the project safety culture
TRP Execution Matters:
- Lead some technical and multipurpose subjects within the HUC&W delivery lines
- Identify arising concerns and lead the corresponding troubleshooting activities
- Provide technical support and assistance during HUC&W execution phase.
- Focal point to field engineering team for transverse subjects and provide support to the hook-up and commissioning team as required
- Assist the Head of HUC&W Coordination in the follow-up of the progress monitoring and reporting
- Assist the Head of HUC&W Coordination in Coordinating and scheduling priorities, as defined by the HU&C execution plans, in close coordination with other packages to ensure the optimal planning to First Gas.
- Assist the HUC&W delivery line in optimizing Management of Change for transverse subject, with the objective of minimizing cost and schedule impacts.
- Assist the Head of HUC&W Coordination to follow the overall system/subsystem approach in HUC planification and execution. Assist with definition and monitoring the HUC project completion milestones
- Propose planning optimization to improve the critical path to first gas and ramp-up
- Assist to validate the consolidated progress and reports for the HUC&W delivery line with the project control team
- Assist in Coordinate the resolution of transverse technical subjects with the support of the Engineering team an
HUC&W delivery lines
- Assist in Optimizing and maximizing synergies for logistic means deployed on site
- Assist in resolving transverse technical subjects with main Vendors involved in the project.
- Propose cost saving opportunities related to offshore HUC coordination activities
- Participate regularly and provide inputs as required to cost / budget review exercises
