About the department
BioFP GE NPE & Projects are responsible for introducing new products, as well as equipment and facility projects. We provide support to an aseptic filling department with employees who produce Biopharmaceutical products. Production includes formulation, filling, freeze drying and inspection, and is characterized by complex processes, supported by employees with high professionalism and commitment. Last but not least we are implementing a new Isolator Filling Line in Gentofte.
The position
You become a part of the project group implementing HAC Future Fill which consist of a group of app. 25 highly experienced and dedicated colleagues focusing on implementing a new isolator filling line in Biopharm Site Gentofte.
As our new technical engineer, you will participate in designing, qualification and implementing equipment and parts of the new Isolator filling line in accordance with GMP requirements.
The first project assignment will be as technical lead for designing and implementing a new CIP/SIP system for our new isolator filling line including designing, testing and implementing the equipment/system.
You must expect that quality and documentation will be a fundamental part of the job, as writing documentation, protocol and report for qualification activities including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ etc. to secure delivery of equipment and system in high quality according to GMP requirements.
Qualifications
You will probably have a Master degree in engineering or similar education. You have a strong technical background with minimum 3 years of experience and you have solid experience with technically complicated equipment. You have both practical and theoretical experience with designing and qualification of equipment, including documentation and testing according to GMP requirements (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ PQ). Experience with aseptic production will be considered as an advantage. Further, insight working according to GMP, including the creation of adequate documentation, as well as handling change requests are considered an advantage. You master both hands-on and theoretical trouble shooting. English and Danish, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement.

You are naturally good at collaborating and communicating, also across professional groups, and you can manage a high workload at times without losing sight.
