As a Head of IT GRC in STG, you will join a team that works globally with security in Ecommerce, Brick and Motor, Factory footprint and in general IT Infrastructure.
Job Description
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance lead to play a key role in the oversight and coordination of security audit and compliance-related functions. This individual will interface with all departments and must exhibit an ability to work cross-functionally. Above all other factors, we are looking for smart, driven candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity as we develop and define the peer-to-peer lending market.

The IT Security and Service Delivery department are responsible for global infrastructure and security. We are a 100% English speaking team, as we are represented in USA, The Netherlands, Denmark and Indonesia. Your daily workplace would be in our HQ in Gentofte – Copenhagen.

Job Description
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance lead to play a key role in the oversight and coordination of security audit and compliance-related functions. This individual will interface with all departments and must exhibit an ability to work cross-functionally. Above all other factors, we are looking for smart, driven candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity as we develop and define the peer-to-peer lending market.
The main areas of responsibility:
- Group levels by effective risk assessment and appropriate planning and execution of the control and monitoring strategy
- Direct the Enterprise Risk Management process in coordination with the CISO to the effective identification and mitigation of general and strategic risks organization wide
- Optimization of license control
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of methods and tools to ensure information classification and protection within the enterprise
- Take ownership of documentation processes
- Assist with responding to privacy and security compliance requests from agencies, clients and vendors
- Perform internal reviews of security controls and provide recommendations for remediation of security control gaps
- Assist with evaluating open IT deficiencies at year-end with the external audit
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years experience IT security or IT audit
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices
- Effective written, verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor communication style to an audience at hand.
- Ability to effectively work with technical and non-technical resources
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience with CCPA and GDPR preferred
- Master in stakeholder and expectation management
- Self-motivated and are driven by getting things done
- Fluent in written and oral English. Danish knowledge is an advantage
