Scandinavian Tobacco Group has started an exciting Global business & digitalization transformation journey. Over the next 3 years we will implement one Global ERP platform to replace our multiple and different ERP solutions. The OneProcess project will continue with the explore and build phase and we will go with the newest technology with SAP S4/HANA Cloud. The global transformation will take us to the next level involving all functions and most processes in our Company. If you have a proactive approach and find passion in doing a difference this is a chance to develop yourself.
As our new Test Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
• To lead the definition of test approach, tools and templates
• To manage test preparation, by defining the test strategy
• Review and provide input to documented Test Plan per release
• Generate detailed test plan, from Solution Manager per test phase (Pre ITC, ITC and UAT)
• Actively involve in planning for performance testing(if in scope) and Test automation(if in scope) based on the business case
• Functional Testing Support (Review test coverage versus scope and test quality with Test Co Ordinator) in Pre- ITC, ITC & UAT
• Support the deployment team in planning of localization test
• Define and implement defect resolution process and support teams - and report on progress
• Maintain test status dashboard in Solution Manager
• Manage the close of the official tests and write test report per release
• Coaching of team leads and members across testing tasks
• Liaise with other process team leads and cross-functional leads to address test related dependencies
• Set the stage for a positive working environment
• Guide sourcing of resources and the related budget, escalate if any deviance
While reporting to the Program leadership, the role of the Test Manger is to manage the end-to-end definition & execution of all types of test in scope and the resolution of the defects across releases whilst co-ordinating process stream inputs into test cycles and cross team testing. To define and support teams in test approach, tools and templates across the program is a must. This role is also to make sure test data, test users creation and connection to legacy/third-party systems in the test landscape.
What is needed to succeed?
• A proven track record within Test management in SAP/ S4HANA projects
• Can establish good relationships with senior leadership
• Basic understanding of SAP business processes
• Has experience with testing supported by Solution Manager / Focused Build and test automation potentially using Worksoft certify
• Good understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
• Understanding of interface testing and data migration validation in general
• Good communication and stakeholder managing skill for testing
• Good understanding of transports management & Work Package/ Work Item in Solution Manager
• Understanding of Performance testing in SAP projects if necessary
• Competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• You have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
