MAN is looking for a dynamic and driven IT Manager.
We require an experienced individual who can effectively manage IT operations and optimize applications in alignment with the business units.
In this role you will also act as an interface to the Group IT for steering, compliance with Group standards and implementation of Group projects.
You will refer to the Finance Director / IT Hub Lead NE Europe.

In this role you will also act as an interface to the Group IT for steering, compliance with Group standards and implementation of Group projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall IT management to ensure successful business operations
- Working closely with Group IT to implement and manage the standard IT landscape including infrastructure and applications
- Implementing IT security solutions and control measures based on Group and local security standards and regulations
- Documentation of processes and procedures to comply with Group IT security policy
- Planning, managing and optimizing the local IT budget
- Provide local IT helpdesk to enable effective user support
- Further development of the IT applications landscape based on business need
- Implementation of IT projects in compliance with planned resources, budget and schedule
- Other tasks as assigned
Required competencies:
- Ability to manage projects using recognised project management frameworks
- Good interpersonal & communication skills to facilitate the eliciting & conveying of information from/to stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities
- Analytical and organised with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as work within a team
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the use of IT to drive efficiency
Required experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Operations (Windows servers, networking, client devices, applications)
- 5+ years’ experience in an IT Management position
- Experience with business applications e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Office 365
- Awareness and appreciation of IT Security (ISO 27001 and GDPR)
- Experience of IT project management and ITIL
- Speak and write fluently Danish and English at business level. If you also speek German that's a plus, but not a requirement
- Automotive industry preferred

- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally as and when required
- Comfortable working in global organisation with matrix reporting structure
