OTTO International Scan-Thor is partner with the OTTO Group, which is one of the largest retail platforms in Europe and a fashion conglomerate with retail concepts across the whole world.
OTTO International Scan-Thor is responsible for the group's total buying in the abovementioned markets for fashion, shoes, furniture, hardware and home textiles. We deliver high service to our customers, and we do it well! The company currently employs 130 employees at the head office in Herning and at the offices in Southern and Eastern Europe and Africa.
OTTO International Scan-Thor is looking for an Online Business Manager, reporting to the management, to ensure the best position for well-known Scandinavian fashion brands towards our platform customers from the OTTO Group in Germany.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our coming Online Business Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of online strategies by understanding how the brands are performing and what is driving their development.
Based on your performance analyses and the running collection calendar for all the brands, you drive the negotiations with the platform team at OTTO to make sure that we are top of mind with them in order to achieve the highest possible profits for all parties. Workplace is Poppelvej 1, 7400 Herning and travel activity is expected to be 60 - 70 days annually, including day trips.

- Can take lead in the strategic planning between Scandinavian brands and OTTO.
- Has a data- and process driven mindset.
- Can act as a driver in optimizing the position and growth of brand shops at otto.de.
- Is proactive in addressing challenges between the brands and OTTO.
- Can analyze and act on sales performance and return rates.
- Is a sparring partner to the management at OTTO International Scan-Thor.
- Is skilled in contract negotiations.
- Is a hands-on profile – sourcing of new Scandinavian brands.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- You have several years of experience in e-commerce with a proven track record.
- You understand the entire value chain within E-Commerce.
- You have strong competences and understanding of technologies across different digital channels.
- You are analytical and data driven mentality and can to bring analysis into actions.
- You have a commercial mindset.
- You have a professional and service minded approach to customers and suppliers.
- You have a structured way of working
- You have experience from fashion (an advantage, but not a must).
- You are fluent in German and English, also in writing.
- You have a ”can-do” attitude and able to start and finish projects according to plan.
- You are detail oriented and still able to multi-task.
- You have experience working in an international company with strong growth.
