Do you want to play a key role in maintenance and improving the equipment IT systems and IT processes in QC Product Supply in Novo Nordisk? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support and ensure compliance in our IT systems? Then you could be our new colleague in DFP QC Chemistry in Hillerød.
About the department
In QC Chemistry, we analyse samples from our global supply chain, and we are responsible for releasing the products that help patients with diabetes live their best possible life. The department consists of 75 employees, mainly chemists, laboratory technicians and operators, divided into four teams that perform a wide range of analytical tasks and support. QC Chemistry is a dynamic department where delivering high-quality results on time is always at the top of the agenda. In the department, you will experience a busy day-to-day life, as we are constantly working on improving our lead time, so that QC continues to be an important but non-delaying link in the release of diabetes products to patients worldwide.
Our department has a large professional scope, where you will be one of the key people helping set the level for handling equipment/IT Systems and qualification.
The position
As IT System Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of several GxP critical laboratory IT systems all part of our laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for IT risk assessment, IT Qualification, user review report, IT periodic system evaluation as well as the implementation of smaller and larger IT projects and equipment.
By using best practices within IT, you will focus on implementation of necessary changes and challenge current state to further optimize the computer system management in our area. A main part of your responsibility to systematically maintain and create documentation, ensure security patching, perform various system reviews, drive life cycle management and improvements.
Qualifications
You preferably have knowledge of compliance within IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry as well as experience in supporting, configuring and maintaining such systems. You hold a relevant educational background e.g. Bachelor, Masters or equivalent in engineering or IT optimally combined with a few years of relevant working experience, which has given you a solid analytic approach to problem solving. Knowledge of IT security and networks is considered an advantage.
Newly educated candidates are welcome, if relevant experience can be documented.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mind-set and you enjoy providing daily support within your area of expertise to end-users. You like working together with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities, as well as presenting and reporting the progress to management. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently.
You are fully proficient in Danish and English.
