Zenegy has an ambitious growth strategy and to support the ongoing development they seek a talented and passionate colleague to join the team located in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen.
We are looking for a Test Manager to write and execute manual test cases to ensure
product quality. As a Test Manager you will be designing and implementing test cases and scenarios, creating test plans and making corrective actions in close cooperation with the development team in Macedonia. You play a vital role in the company’s product development process and will be the link between business development and the developers. You will be responsible for testing the product at different stages and before launches to ensure that the product is free from errors, regressions and it’s reliable.

Test Manager
We are looking for a Test Manager to write and execute manual test cases to ensure
product quality. As a Test Manager you will be designing and implementing test cases and scenarios, creating test plans and making corrective actions in close cooperation with the development team in Macedonia. You play a vital role in the company’s product development process and will be the link between business development and the developers. You will be responsible for testing the product at different stages and before launches to ensure that the product is free from errors, regressions and it’s reliable.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document and track bugs using respective tools (i.e. Azure DevOps)
- Identify and communicate any gaps in requirements and test cases
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system
Requirements, and if possible come up with solutions
- Monitor debugging process results (Root Cause Analysis)
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects
Requirements
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Attentive to details in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and scripting
- Agile mindset and familiar with Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent communication skills
- You are a quick learner and enjoys working in a very agile environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (VSTS) is a plus
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
