Site Project Management is a newly established department in ALK placed in the Product Supply organisation. We run engineering and process projects and employ a team of 27 dedicated members all based at the ALK headquarter in Hørsholm.
The position
You will as Project Engineer/Chemist join the Process Project team in this new position and be part of the Site Project Management department who are driven by a high level of professionalism, integrity, an open-minded approach and contributing to an inspiring and fun working environment together with colleagues.
Your responsibilities will cover

Your profileYou hold a degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Science, Engineering or similar and have in 2-3 years of experience from working in a pharmaceutical/GxP industry. As a chemist/engineer you have demonstrated stakeholder management skills and perhaps experience with participation in projects.
You must be fluent in both oral and written Danish and English.

- Scoping and planning of cross functional projects
- Execution and on follow up project activities
- Support to Site Management in project portfolio recommendations
- Support for cross functional daily operation cases
- Project governance activities
- Support for management in annual budget activities
- Stakeholder management
Your daily tasks will include
- Writing cross functional CC-cases
- Updating and writing of documentation
- Presentations for stakeholders, steering groups and similar
- Coordination of work tasks between different departments
- Facilitating and participation in project meetings
