And do you have a desire for leading data transition, reporting and standardizing practices? If yes, then this position at Total in Copenhagen office might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of the information management in Total Upstream Danmark, while you apply and maintain the compliance rules. You are the one to implement the content management program and rules, and contribute to the change management actions. You will have 2 students supporting you in ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with the Group HSE policies, code of conduct, rules and guidelines.

As Information Manager in the IST department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in ensuring standardization and continuous improvement of best practices to improve the collective efficiency and control information assets. You will be part of the IST team and support the employees in Total Upstream Danmark in Copenhagen, and also interact with colleagues from the region and headquarter in Paris.

- Coordinate and structure the Information Management setup across the Total Upstream Danmark.
- Implement the content management program and rules through the information management network. Focus are assisting and collaboration with the support functions; Finance, Communication & CSR, Legal, HR and IT.
- Coordinate access management and the strategy on physical archiving, assisting users with research in the archives or guidance on where to store information assets.
- Highlight the importance of the Enterprise Content Management program and communicate business requests & expectations.
- Lead the delivery of Information Management improvement projects - working alone or with a multi-discipline project team
- Contribute to Change Management actions and Information Management Awareness: Animate meetings, sessions and workshops within for the subjects of Information Management and 3P Compliance.
- Team development, motivation and inspiration of staff
- Ensure the implementation of the Information Management roadmap
- Ensure regular reporting and provide progress indicators and internal reporting to HQ in Paris and the North Sea & Russia region.
- Participate in Information Management bodies, in own and other affiliates, aimed at sharing experiences & standardizing practices.
- Secretary of the Information Management steering Committee.

Your background
- Relevant MSc degree with minimum of many years of experience
- Ability to understand the business needs and requirements
- Be able to work with confidential data and material
- Strong ability to adapt to change while working in a multinational setup and context
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in English, both in writing and being able to speak English in a professional business context. Danish and/or French is an advantage.
- A strong, committed team player with a willingness to openly and positively engage in relevant discussions with colleagues and transparently share challenges and learnings
