CTO/IT Manager/Technical Lead

Lendomatic is seeking a flexible, passionate and highly dedicated CTO/IT Manager/Technical Lead to join our international (Denmark/Serbia) development team. The job as CTO/IT Manager/Technical Lead is having the broad picture of the current development cycle, architecture, infrastructure, processes and deliveries, whether this is ensuring best practices are followed, deadlines are met or that the code quality and infrastructure is of highest possible standard. The technical lead will have to foster an effective, focused and collaborative environment for the developers and DevOps to reach their best potential and thereby ensuring that Lendomatic reaches the best results. Furthermore, the position will play an active role in all phases of the development cycle and in the day-to-day operations, from design to release, and participate hands on in development, when time & priority permits.

Required skills/experience

– Development processes and procedures
– No programming language or framework is preferred, however PHP, ideally Symfony framework and .NET is an advantage.
– SCRUM and project planning
– DevOps processes and procedures
– AWS
– Docker
– GitHub
– IT-Security (From Code to infrastructure)
– IT-Governance
– Budgeting.

The Job

– Responsible for bringing overall software architecture to excellence
– Responsible for securing a scalable infrastructure architecture
– Responsible for the developed software and underlying system stability, security, scalability and maintenance capability
– Assisting and driving improvements to processes and technology, that improves the effectiveness and sustainability of the team
– Assist and drive best practices and defining team & company standards
– Ensures and supports development delivery goals and timelines with the highest quality
– Drive and improve technical analysis, design, documentation and testing processes
– Drive and improve review phase and release trains
– Assists in the identification, analysis, resolution of technology issues and technical debt
– Mentoring of developers to improve standard and the individual skillset
– Identification of risks or potential issues
– Support in estimation, allocation and planning with PM
– Write IT-Security policies and procedures ensuring that Lendomatic can work in financially regulated markets as well as complying with GDPR requirements. This includes documenting IT infrastructure, disaster recovery plans, business continuity plans etc.
– Negotiate and coordinate contracts and daily co-operation with sub-suppliers incl. SLA’s.

Depending on your qualifications and ambitions we will together decide which of the three positions you are qualified for i.e., CTO, IT Manager or Technical Lead.
