You will join our IT Strategy and Projects department
As our new Head of IT Processes you will be part of a dynamic, diverse and growing team tasked with providing governance and strategic direction for our global IT team. You will be establishing a brand new IT Process Team, complementing the existing functions in ‘IT Strategy & Projects’ including Enterprise Arhcitecture, IT Projects and IT Strategy.

You will join our IT Strategy and Projects department
As our new Head of IT Processes you will be part of a dynamic, diverse and growing team tasked with providing governance and strategic direction for our global IT team. You will be establishing a brand new IT Process Team, complementing the existing functions in ‘IT Strategy & Projects’ including Enterprise Arhcitecture, IT Projects and IT Strategy.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Establish new IT Process management framework, including choice of project model, governance and methodologies to document and improve processes
- Build new team largely based out of our IT Centre in Chennai, India
- Ensure best in class documentation of processes as well drive adoption through communication, training and compliance measures.
- Align stakeholders across the organisation to ensure smooth handover points between processes, teams and departments.
- Act as business owner for the systems supporting IT processes.
- Define and refine, roles and responsibilities within Ramboll Global IT in close collaboration with the IT Management team.
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Good understanding of standard IT frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, CobIT, Agile/SCRUM, DevOPS etc.
- 5 years or more, experience with process documentation and improvements.
- Prior experience with people management, and ideally also experience with managing remote teams.
- Comfortable working in an international environment, where the corporate language is English
