As our new Senior IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Project & Portfolio Office department within Pandora IT. You will work closely with colleagues in both our Global Office in Copenhagen and our offices around the world in order to design, plan and execute our IT projects.
You will work across numerous projects, from delivering new software solutions to our stores, to administrative projects moving outsourced responsibilities from one vendor to another. Projects will vary in size and scope, as well as the required collaboration between IT and the rest of the Pandora organisation. Your role will be to maintain full control of one or more projects simultaneously, from project initiation to successful operational handover.
As Senior IT Project Manager, you will manage time, budget, scope, vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time – this is crucial for success both in the position and for Pandora. Further to this, you will:
- Prepare project plans well in advance, and provide continuous updates of financials, resources and scope
- Manage communications with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with all departments in Pandora IT, Global Office functions, regional sales offices and vendors, to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met

You will be working with project members, owners and stakeholders in different functions across IT and the Pandora business.
The Project & Portfolio Office department consists of 22 IT project managers divided into 4 different teams with global reach and you will report to one of the Team Leads.
Pandora IT has just started an Agile Transformation journey where we over the next 12-24 months will implement new ways of working based on the SAFE framework – What will not change is that we will do projects – but how we do them will change and this will have an impact on the role and work of the project managers going forward.
What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you bring with you a relevant Master’s degree, and experience in working hands-on with project management. You have planned projects and tasks, including resources, timeframes and contingency plans, and are experienced in monitoring progress and milestones. Further to this, you have:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in delivering high quality IT Projects in a global IT environment
- Worked cross-functionally and have experience managing stakeholders from different cultures
- Experience with Change Management related to IT implementation
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, MPM or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Agile using the SAFE framework (Nice to have)

Finally, you are a team-player and have the ability to drive changes with energy across all organisational levels and functions.
Additional information:
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 10-20 days a year.
