As Global Roll-out Manager your main responsibility is to own and drive Global rollout projects across all sites, and you will need to form strong cooperative relationships across business units and departments.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive business decisions cross-functionally to enable the technical teams to deliver at scale.
- Act as a liaison to senior management operating and reporting on the Global rollout projects you will manage. Global rollout projects include various critical factions of the business-like Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Sales Operations, Repairs and Replacement, Logistics, Customer Support etc.
- Co-ordinate with local 3Shape subsidiaries, communicate risks and challenges with ERP team to drive solutions.
- Act as a business partner to 3Shape organisation, bridging IT and business through cross-org program/project management.
- Take ownership for and drive critical business projects with global impact covering all phases of projects.
- Ensure that project purpose, scope, requirements, and deliverables are always clearly defined and aligned amongst all stakeholders and team members.
- Establish common goals across multiple teams, manage milestones and lead teams through the completion of all phases of projects.
- Track and report project deliverables compared to plan, identify, and mitigate risk and issues.
- Communicate project status and progress to management, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
- You will be working with both internal and external partners, and where relevant you will manage the relationship and deliveries with suppliers.
Your profile:
- You probably have a business or technical background preferably at a Master level and combine a strong technical understanding with a clear understanding of business needs.
- You have basic knowledge of Order to cash and procure to pay processes within ERP.
- You have experience handling global ERP rollouts in line with industry best practices.
- You can document at least 3 years’ experience from project management position(s) and possess a well-equipped project management toolbox.
- You have demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects, with a strong customer-oriented focus.
- You have experience with project management in the context of agile teams and methodologies.
- You instil trust and confidence among stakeholders and understand how to work in a complex business environment and maintain the interests, goals, and priorities from many stakeholders.
- You have a strong drive to make things happen also taking an executing role when needed.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization across both IT specialists, business users and executive management.
- You have experience working in a global organization with local business units.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
