Reporting to the Head of Business Process Management, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, both internally and externally, to uphold the integrity of our Quality Management System (QMS). Additionally, you will collaborate closely with accredited bodies such as BVC to facilitate effective communication and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Head of Business Process Management, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, both internally and externally, to uphold the integrity of our Quality Management System (QMS). Additionally, you will collaborate closely with accredited bodies such as BVC to facilitate effective communication and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Lead auditor for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to quality management standards and maintaining certifications (e.g., AS9100).
- Responsible for the content and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.
- Coordinate with accredited bodies, such as BVC, to facilitate audits and maintain compliance.
- Participate in planning and execution of our Internal Audit Program, ensuring high levels of compliance with Terma Business System (our QMS) and international quality standards.
- Arrange and support external audits, including surveillance and recertification audits, with external certification and accreditation bodies.
- Plan, manage and perform the yearly management review with Executive Management to assess QMS performance and identify areas for improvement.

How to succeed in this position?
We imagine that you have the following professional qualifications:
- An academic background as Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification as a Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
- Extensive experience in planning and executing audits, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example, and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals.
