About us
For the past 140 years, Bunker Holding has served global shipping and has earned its place among the pioneers in bunkering. Bunker Holding subsidiary Global Risk Management who has specialized in offering customized hedging solutions to eliminate the price risk, are expanding to other commodities than oil. Moving into new business areas, will require an expansion of the current IT system landscape and a new team to design, build and support that strategic ambition of delivering the same quality of product as within oil. Now, we are looking for exceptional talent to support growing this new business with us.
The Job
Furthermore, you will be driving the maturing of our test processes and test tools as well as coaching other members in the organization on different approaches to tests and testing. Experience with test automation is a big plus.
Your profile and qualifications
We expect you have at least two years of experience testing IT solutions in an agile setup. Furthermore, we expect you to have a relevant educational background, a methodical approach which enables you to create solid test designs and finally to understand, analyze and make recommendations based on the results of executed tests. In addition, it will be an advantage to have knowledge of following methodologies and programs:
The ideal candidate has a quality-oriented mindset, is self-motivated, and has a desire to succeed as well as a professional presence suitable for direct user interaction. As a person, you are thorough, follow through, have an eye for details and not least a very structured approach to tasks. You are comfortable working both as part of a team and as an individual. You have good situational awareness, can make the right decision at the right time and an ability to respond to change quickly. Certification in ISTQB Foundation or above is preferred but not a must.

The Job
- Define and manage test approach
- Help define testable user stories with customers, representatives and stakeholders
- Conduct test planning
- Help with test case creation
- Participate in test execution
- Manage test reporting and evaluation
- Participate in defect management
- Participate in retrospectives and other ceremonies
