IT Manager, Digital Platforms, Global IT

Become part of a brand-new IT department in a leading company
You will join a brand-new IT department, where you will have great opportunity to put your own mark on IT projects. You will be the right hand of our Senior Director in Global IT to whom you also will report to directly. We are a super engaged team, committed to each other and the tasks at hand.

Experience with digital, commercial platforms
Joining us, you will be part of the IT department at Interacoustics which currently consists of 35 people located in Middelfart and in Stettin, Poland and the US. You will be working with and responsible for a variety of different digital platforms. You will be organizing and making sure that our digital projects are successfully executed and that our solutions are being implemented towards our data centers, sites, sales companies, and production. You will have a project team reporting to you daily, but you will not have the managerial responsibility.

Joining us, you can look forward to taking on the following responsibilities:

Identify new digital opportunities in cooporation with the business
Leading and managing important stakeholders at Interacoustics (part of the diagnostics business area), countries and Global IT
Implementation and execution of smaller and larger digital projects
Follow up on deliverables and engage with relevant stakeholders
Evaluation and optimization of internal processes

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about your work and your deliverables. You will be working with an always expanding toolset and selection of platforms. Being interested in the technical aspects of the platforms and applications is an advantage, but it is equally important that you thrive in being close to the business. Thus, you need to understand business needs and be the coordinating and planning force between various stakeholders from different parts of the organisation as well as external vendors.

Take ownership & spot digital opportunities
Most important of all, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to create value for our business. Furthermore, being solution oriented and focused on targets is important.
We really like to execute, and we have great fun while doing it daily. Taking ownership and spotting other digital opportunities in the business also comes natural to you.

You probably have several years of experience working with commercial and digital projects. In your toolbox you may bring a variation of different project management methods along with an agile mindset. As a colleague you create trust, and you have a can-do attitude. We can only succeed together, therefore being a team player is also key.

In your current position, you could work as an IT Manager, Project Manager or Program Manager inside an IT organisation or as an IT project leader in the consulting world.

You will join a leading supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. From our headquarters we sell our products to more than 100 countries through our own sales companies and external distributors, and we are part of the global hearing healthcare company Demant who has more than 18,000 employees worldwide and generates annual revenues of more than DKK 16 billion. You will be placed at our Interacoustics headquarters in Middelfart which is just one of many global brands that you will be working with. The other brands are placed in the UK, USA, and Germany.
