team.blue is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager who can ensure high service quality, effective project management, and strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be a key figure connecting the business's internal team deliverables with the customers.

Through our brands (ScanNet, Curanet, DanDomain, and Simply.com), we deliver solutions within web hosting, cloud services, Microsoft 365, virtual data centers, and CMS systems to over 250,000 Danish customers.
Our Solutions team, consisting of 12 skilled employees, manages our top 400 customers, and this is where we need your expertise.

Your responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for your customers, ensuring a high level of communication, especially during critical incidents or projects.
- Coordinate technical solutions, acting as the link between internal infrastructure teams, external suppliers, and the customer. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to plan, from technical setup to final handover.
- Manage service deliveries, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and facilitating smooth collaboration with third-party suppliers.
- Take ownership of complex system setups, including configuring and migrating large environments using Microsoft technologies like Active Directory, DNS, RDS, and SQL.
- Lead migration projects, planning and executing them in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders, making sure the delivered solutions align with customer requirements.
- Act as the Service Delivery Manager for managed services clients, ensuring their hosting and infrastructure needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services, working closely with customers to ensure that their growing IT needs are supported by scalable, future-proof solutions.
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you’ll need both technical knowledge and project management skills:
- Technical background: Practical experience with IT operations, including system setups and migrations in large environments. A solid understanding of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, SQL, VMware, and virtualized environments) is essential.
- Project management experience: You have managed IT infrastructure projects from start to finish and are comfortable leading both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer relations: Building strong relationships with customers comes naturally to you, and you excel at understanding their needs and aligning them with technical solutions.
- Communication skills: You’re proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Personal attributes: You are proactive, structured, and strongly customer-oriented. You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently. A sense of humor and social engagement will be a plus 😊
