Deploying modern technology and keeping running solution stable and relevant
In your new job, you will be leading a team of diverse professionals committed to build, deploy, and maintain applications supporting the Sales Operations, Backoffice, and Finance processes in our Hearing Care business.
As part of the Management team, you will be heavily involved in shaping our new delivery organization, governance, future technology architecture for the domain and implementing our new ERP platform, where the shift from On-Premises solution to Cloud technology brings new ways of working.
Since Demant is investing heavily in modern technologies, you should expect collaboration and coordination with colleagues across the company – we strongly believe in cross area synergies.
Are we looking for you?
As a person, you make things happen, are easy-going and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels and cultures. You have broad experience within the ERP area – where you have been responsible for delivering cloud technology in larger organization. It will be considered a favorable asset if you have experience in working in an agile setup.
You are innovative, committed, and determined to succeed – and should you bring solid experience from similar companies, who successfully navigated an agile transformation, you’re in with a head start.
You find energy in collaborating with colleagues; have a natural sense and interest for IT combined with process and business understanding. You are a positive person with a curious mindset, eager to learn and develop yourself.
