Want to help direct the course of hardware development in an exciting enterprise? Keen to be part of a success? Is quality work delivered on time one of your key tenets? Then read on!
OJ Electronics is undergoing rapid development and expansion, so now is your chance to join our cheerful team. We are looking for a hardware developer who takes pride in reaching the agreed goals – and in upholding quality.
You will work on converting project requirements and ideas from customers, product managers and R&D specialists into hardware design for new and existing products within HVAC controls. This involves implementation and verification, taking into account requirements from production, authorities etc.
Your qualifications
You have a great personal drive and act proactively. You can visualise and translate ideas into design drafts and deliver innovative hardware design that surpasses our own and our customers’ expectations in terms of function – and cost. You excel at seeing new opportunities based on technology, studies, ideas and prototypes. You probably have 3–5 years of experience with developing motor control hardware.
You are an experienced user of Matlab / Simulink – and you know how to translate theory into practice.
Your responsibilities
You will work on developing power electronics for ACIM, PMSM and BLDC control. You will work with general hardware development while focusing on cost and reliability, arriving at the optimum product design with colleagues from the rest of the organisation. You will also identify product optimisation possibilities in terms of recycling, modules and platforms.
Some tasks will be solved by entire teams, but you also enjoy working independently. You are a strong communicator, interacting easily across the organisation, and you are good at structuring and documenting your tasks. You are process oriented and take pride in delivering at the agreed time. Faced with adversity, you dig in until the task is done.
What’s in it for you? / What you get
You’ll enjoy an excellent, relaxed working environment based on openness and a genuine fondness for cooperation, and you will be well prepared for your future career by our thorough and highly praised on-boarding programme. Our mentoring scheme and staff association ensure that you’ll quickly get to know your new colleagues. Your department is strongly supportive of initiative and doesn’t stand on formalities, meaning that you will enjoy great influence on your everyday work life.
How to apply
For more information, please contact Development Manager Allan Mølbach on +45 3063 8909 or [email protected]. Send your application and CV to [email protected], marked “Hardware developer”. Applications are assessed on an ongoing basis.
