Then maybe you’re our new colleague. We are looking for an IT Manager to head/lead our IT department. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing, and maintaining IT Systems and to be a part of the ERP-team in Svendborg Brakes World Wide.
The IT Manager will also be responsible for the present ERP system AX.4 as well as the project of updating our ERP in the near future in cooperation with the Svendborg Brakes ERP-Team. The position is of vital importance for the Svendborg Brakes Group as well as the IT Manager will have connections points with Corporate IT to ensure focus on the high standards in IT.

Then maybe you’re our new colleague. We are looking for an IT Manager to head/lead our IT department. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing, and maintaining IT Systems and to be a part of the ERP-team in Svendborg Brakes World Wide.
The IT Manager will also be responsible for the present ERP system AX.4 as well as the project of updating our ERP in the near future in cooperation with the Svendborg Brakes ERP-Team. The position is of vital importance for the Svendborg Brakes Group as well as the IT Manager will have connections points with Corporate IT to ensure focus on the high standards in IT.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with the enhancing interactions and spinoffs between departments
- Implement new server-setup, and ensure optimization of processes on maintenance of server-setup
- Implement new back-up system and ensure optimization of processes on our this
- Global responsibility for the ERP platform incl. Interface with other IT systems in cooperation with the Svendborg Brakes ERP Team
- Responsibility for maintaining and development of our existing platform
- Ensure development, implementation and handling of corporation agreements with IT suppliers
- Manage IT team including planning of resources, training, as well as handling apprentices
- Responsible for education and support to all users
- Budgeting for IT equipment, projects and activities
- Key-player in implementing RPA throughout the organisation
- Key-player in implementing “Invoice-workflow” in the organisation
Your Qualifications
- The right candidate holds at least several years of experience of IT and ERP management
- Good business understanding and excellent guide in pursuing optimal usage of the IT foundation
- Solid experience with Axapta and BI/SQL-database
- Professional and proactive attitude and experience with managing people
- Experience with project management from a similar type of company and preferable SOX knowledge
- Great skills in English, both in writing and orally
Your Profile:
- Preferable a structured mindset and documentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a cheerful attitude
- Great overview and are able to set actions into motion with respect for time schedules and specifications
- Able and ready to travel - when we can travel again – max. 15-25 days annually
