The Role
As Offshore Permit Coordinator, you are responsible for the permit process, coordination and de-conflicting as well as the quality and completeness of the permits uploaded by your colleagues.
During a normal day your role will ensure the following tasks:
This job is an excellent opportunity to put in play your coordination and communication skills, as you are the one to guide and coach the performing colleagues on permits. This requires a good knowledge of the process and production on a platform already but will be a good foundation for further development both hierarchical and vertical depending on the ambitions you have.

The Role
As Offshore Permit Coordinator, you are responsible for the permit process, coordination and de-conflicting as well as the quality and completeness of the permits uploaded by your colleagues.
During a normal day your role will ensure the following tasks:
- Custodian for all registers kept in the electronic control of work tool and ensure that registers are kept up to date and content closed out as soon as possible
- Coordinate the approval process and issuance of Permits
- Manage the coordination of activities to avoid SIMOPS conflicts and to keep a clear Risk Profile for the platform based on ongoing activities
- Conduct site visits to all work sites together with Performing Authorities and ensure site specific hazards are identified and mitigated effectively
- Facilitate the daily Permit to Work coordination meeting
- Participates in toolbox talks with work teams to verify quality of TBT and provide feedback and coaching on TBT to all personnel on platform.
